Are you trying to quick transfer your imagery onto a cellphone? If so, try turning off your cellular connection when attempting the quick transfer and then ensure only wifi is turned on, on your phone. This worked for me. Before doing this I would get a spinning wheel and no progress when trying to quick transfer files from the aircraft to my iPhone X.

Hi DJI Support Team,

With regards to the latest firmware update for my mini 3 pro RC drone.
I'm unable to update it to the latest RC firmware, an error message displaying not enough storage.
I've followed the instruction to clear and delete the cache of the RC internal storage. I've tried this multiple times already, but it didn't fix the issue.
I'm still unable to download the latest firmware of the remote control.

Please kindly assist.

Error code:-4 DJI RC Update from 01.00.0200 to DJI RC Remote Controller Firmware: v01.00.0300.

Hi there - did you get any further forwards with this? I have this exact same problem and cannot find a solution. I'm in NE England btw!
