There is something wrong with Telephoto lens in Auto Focus.

The AF doesn't work properly. You can check the video below;

Focus on the telephoto is 3 meters to infinity. Are you 3 meters away from that wall? If not, that is why.

As you can see, focus works on Manual Focusing. Watch the 0:27 seconds.

Not true. You are literally arguing with specs. Anyone can go and look at them. This isn’t an issue guys. It is also possible the auto focus has software calibration to match the specs. You are trying to do something that the specs from release date say is not possible. Who is going to use a telephoto lens on a drone to capture a subject that close? Technically even if Dji could get it to autofocus at that distance, they don't have to. You know, because of the specs.

If the MF works well, AF should work too.

Well its pretty basic information that everyone should read “if they can ;+) “

As others have touched on, the issue here is almost certainly that you are too close to the object of focus. This is typical behavior of telephoto lenses. Simply back up another few feet and you would see it will focus fine on the same object. If you are inside of 10 feet of the subject, the autofocus is not going to function properly. It appears that you are likely very close to the 3M cut off point here, so I don't doubt you can manually focus something that looks to be in focus on your small screen - that is irrelevant however, the Autofocus system is not going to call it in focus inside of a 10 foot focus depth. Anytime you see a camera searching focus like this (adjusting the lens element in and out the full range to try and find focus), you are either too close to the subject or you have poor light typically.
