You're most welcome DA.    Somebody needs to take it out and break it in then.  I bet you'd volunteer, assuming you are still a sailor.

Nice shot DA and that definitely is a well kept boat, just would hate to be stuck their in the mud.

I still follow a couple of YouTubers that vlog their sailing exploits,   I think if I lived somewhere a bit nicer I would be straight back into it.

I bet you would.  

I love my location as I'm just a 5 minute boat ride and then I'm in the Atlantic Ocean.  I take out the small boat quite often but too much hassle to take out the big boy by myself.  


By the way I did take a basic sailing course on the Navy base years ago.  The instructor told me to stick to boats with a motor on the back.    I just never could get the hang of it so he was probably right.

  As a land owner I'm my own HOA.  Don't have to answer to anybody but the County Government and only if I need a variance is use of my property.

Lucky you.  I read an article about how some go the HOAs are run by little hitters and they had lots of examples of issues.  One of my favourites was this girl that had her room in the basement,  she put tinfoil on the windows to keep the light out,   the HOA complained, so they removed it and put white paper up and tin foiled the inside of that.  The HOA then wanted to inspect inside her room to check it.

That's a bit invasive and probably illegal.  I'd have to read the HOA covenants and restrictions but coming inside for a look is a bit out there.  Normally that would call for a court ordered warrant.  Sorry, going all lawyer there.  I forget sometimes that I'm retired and no longer actively practicing.

Yes,   we have a new model on the line and every time Ive tried to capture it the schedule has changed.   Even the model mini trains disappeared the second the drone got there
