Hi Guys

My DJI Mavic 2 Pro will not enable obstacle sensors except the backwards and forward ones. Flight mode is set to P. I now get a warning that propeller guards are installed, but that is not the case. I did have a crash landing recently. Is there anything I can do to correct this or must the drone be sent for repair/adjustment?

Hi Clive, sorry to read about your issue. Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message for further confirmation?
At the same time, you may check if there is anything stuck on the upward sensor, try to restart the drone multiple times and refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2.
Noticed that the drone experienced a crash landing, we will suggest sending the drone back to us for a comprehensive check.
