Hi guys
Yesterday, the worst happened to me:
I lost my Air2S when i was flying over the sea.
The app crashed (i got a completely black screen) and when i opened the app again, the drone wasnt connected anymore. I never saw the drone again.
For some reason, the drone did not come back even with the "home return" activated. It wasnt a problem caused by me, the last recorded location of my drone is on the sea, i believe the drone turned off itself while flying.
What can i do? Can DJI support helping me checking what happened with the logs? It was a equipment failure for sure. Where can i expose the issue to Dji?
