Hello!

Has anyone had any luck with timecode? I see there is timecode running in the external monitor and the 4D, but I cannot find any setting to setup TC or set it to time of day. I know the "Pro Module" is coming out alongside a firmware update in "June 2022", but I am shooting a feature film using the 4D as one the main camera and TC is a serious thing missing from this "Cinema" camera.

On a separate note, has anyone had any luck using a tentacle sync or Deity TC-1? via the 3.5mm jack on the 4D?

I havent tried TC but you shouldn't have any issue with the tentacle sync E, it writes the timecode info on the audio track. So you can sync in post. You shouldnt have any problem, except setting the input to the 3.5mm jack in the camera instead of the built in mic. And you will be ready to go.If you use tentacle sync E, you will have to use an external recorder for audio, since it uses the L channel for TC and R for the audio reference from the Tentacle Mic.
