I am curius which flight you get with your mini 3  my longest flight time 22:53 with 13% accu over (normal battery)

normal battery 249 gram ce mode 5.8 rc-n1 controller (the rc is in repair sdcard lock not working)

Thanks for sharing Andre.  I'm seeing 21-23 minutes as the average flying time on standard batteries being posted.

How drained is that?

I live at 1400m AMSL my last flights have been in the beach, the battery does seem to last more. Just checked and not significantly more, maybe because here at the beach the wind is constant. I did check my logs and the Mini 2 gave me maximum 22minutes with 15% left on the battery. The Mini 3 Pro has given me 23 minutes with 18% left with the regular battery and 34 minutes with 17% left with the plus, so I do believe the Plus batteries are quite useful.

Std battery : my longest flight is 24m 26 (from99% to 9% at landing)  and airdata generally predicts 27-28 minutes per battery.

For you may be, not everyone is cut from the same cloth, i could have done with extra flight time this weekend just gone down at Landguard.

Yup because you kept trying the same thing over and over again and repeating the same error even though it was not working. There look I read that post cos it was short.

That was a separate issue, i wanted more time for the Stenna Line that went past, i had to cut it short.
I could have kicked myself though, we went on the Saturday and on the Sunday the worlds largest container ship arrived.....

Turning off video recording, turning off obstacle avoidance will make a bit of a difference as well.  But any breeze is a big drain on these.

I'd say with 4k60fps recording the entire flight, OA on, I get between 18 to 23 mins in near windless conditions.  My Airdata profile is corrupted with other drones, so I have to refer to the Fly app's records.

I need to test this but maybe not just hovering in the garden

On Mini 3 Pro I have 22:48 as my longest flight, 17% left when landing. On my Mini 2 I have 22:40 at 15% landed.
On my old Air (1) i have 16:47 11% landed.

Better battery life on Mini 3 for sure based on using standard batteries.  When I toss in one of the extended batteries it adds another 9 minutes of flying time (so far).

Thats good then, might get a bit more from the plus batteries once you've used them a few more times...
