Hello! I usually have SD card in drone, but the other day I forgot to insert. Most "low-resolution" footage saved to my iPhone but my last flight's footage did not.

I DO see my flight info and path flown in flight data center, but as you can see in the screenshot below (and attached just in case), the footage thumbnail is empty.

Does anyone know where it could be located? I have looked in "App Album", "Export from H76978Xp+amnpCoQghhBBCCCGEEOI3RYb3hRBCCCGEEEKIY0gSfiGEEEIIIYQQ4hj6X339GuWep5BeAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC[/img]

Hello there dronesavant. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and please do not to forget to hit the record stop button on the DJI Fly application before turning off the DJI Drone for us to be able to isolate the said issue . Thank you.

Hi there dronesavant. Thank you for the reply and for giving out these information. Kindly please try to uninstall an reinstall the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/dji-fly ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Fly application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.
