DJI.......When using my Galaxy S22 Ultra with the DJI Go 4 app, the app crashes, it does not open.
Yes I have uninstalled, reinstalled everything required from the DJI download pages, but still NOTHING!!!


I am aware that there are MANY, MANY other customers with this problem.


Please......when will this issue be fixed?????



I've paid for a product (drone) and cannot use it because the software doesn't work!!!


I have already lost 2 long term lucritive contracts because of this issue.

Hello there InfinityAM. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. After checking the mobile device ( Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra ) that you are using on the DJI Go 4 application. I am sorry to say that the mobile device is not yet recommended for the DJI application. DJI suggests using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Go 4 application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be able to work on the DJI Go 4 application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Go 4 application while using it. For reference I will post a link where in you can check the recommended mobile devices for the DJI Go 4 application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 ). Kindly please rest assure that our DJI R&D Team are continuously testing multiple mobile devices to be added on the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application in the future. Isn't it easier just to tell you gave up on us instead of giving us false hopes? It's been: october, november, december, january, february, march, april, may, june, 9 months. 9 months of waiting. Really? I don't see the point of your doing. You don't know if R&D is actually working on anything and besides, from facebook group, a guy said that DJI personnel told him DJI GO 4 is discontinued. It would be good to know who's lying, since the product we bought is far beyond CHEAP.

and what is problem with samsung s21 ultra, app worked fine and now I can't open app?

DJI.......Ao usar meu Galaxy S22 Ultra com o aplicativo DJI Go 4, o aplicativo trava, não abre. Sim, desinstalei, reinstalei tudo o que é necessário nas páginas de download da DJI. Quero saber se esse problema e da SANSUNG ou da DJI .  Paguei caro no Drone e caro no Sansung. ate hoje ninguém fala nada sobre o Broplema.
