Ouch.  Sorry to see that crash.  

I've crashed my cinewhoop more times than I care to admit.  Only good thing is self repairs are not hard to do.  Only had to wait a short time on parts.  

Hopefully, you'll get a replacement and be back in the skies soon.

I am responsible for this fall, because after the first impact I did not land ...
On the first impact, 2 left propellers (front and rear) were bent, and it probably bent even more in the air (due to material fatigue), and because of that, the drone fell like a rock (and the brakes didn’t help either).

I have to admit I’ve thought about it too, but honestly, this fragility motivates me to fly as carefully as possible.
Yesterday I was willing to take the risk because I wanted to learn to fly slowly in M mode, but now I see that it was unnecessary, because I do not benefit from such a way of flying, since N and S mode are great as an alternative to slow flying in M mod.

I would love to see your FPV recordings ...
I haven't seen them anywhere? Do you have them on this forum?

My mistake is at stake; after the first blow, the propeller bent at the left rear arm and got stuck.
I should have landed right away.
And be sure to have drone arm bracers in the future.
Yes, it could have been a little cheaper, but in fact, that high price forces me to be extra careful ...

My responsibility is and this is a good school for me, a lesson.
I will contact an authorized dealer and repairer for DJI products tomorrow, (because I don’t use credit cards, so I wouldn’t be able to pay DJI directly), so I will also ask them about the further procedure.
I have a DJI Care Refresh, and this will not be able to be covered by the warranty because it is my fault.

I have now taken the drone to the service and I have been told that I will wait a maximum of 20 days.
The good news is that they will then perform a damage assessment, so if the repair price is high, then I can activate DJI Care Refresh. And if the amount is small, I can then pay without activating DJI Care Refresh.
