I crashed my mini 2 and sent it back yesterday for the care refresh but I just realized that I never received a packing receipt.  Only an email from dji and also one from UPS with the label.  

Now I'm worried  they won't know it's my drone unless they can use the shipping  label.  Can DJI please help me confirm I didn't just lose my drone without the ability to receive ve a replacement?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching DJI Forum. I was able to check the case number and based on the tracking details, the package is indeed in transit. Not to worry, as long as we used the label provided by our corresponding team and the label was attached to the outer package, it should be okay. You will also receive a notification from our corresponding team once the package was successfully scanned and received at our facility. Thank you for your patience.
