I just received my new OM 5 gimbal and have already noticed the gimbal motor noise in my iPhone 13 Pro videos using the DJI Mimo app. I don't hear it in all situations but certainly some of them. Not had it long enough to know what circumstances. It does seem to be early on in a session.

Has any one else heard this noise? It's a humming motor noise. Can anything be done about this?

Hello there teaman. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device on your DJI OM 5 for us to be able to see if the issue will persist? Thank you.

Hi DJI Stephen, do you mean a different phone or different brand/model?  The only other smart phone in my house is another iPhone 13 Pro. I can try it but I suspect you want me to try another brand? model? I don't have that.  Please explain your rationale? I own a 13 Pro and don't plan to sell it just for this issue. This is a DJI issue that needs to be resolved.
