The RC of my MAVIC AIR 2, don't syop to ùake a bip sound, I have to calibrate the remote to stop

But while calibrating, the % are not aqual on every stick, on the left bottom stick I have 50 %

During the fly, my drone doesn"t fly properly


what can I do ?
