Hi.
I have a phantom 4 and the speed forward and backward is very slow. I have make this :

1. Downgrade Filmfare ( nothing happens)
2. Calibration sticks ( nothing happens)
3. Calibration the phantom ( nothing happens)
4. Turn off avoid obstacles ( nothing happens)
5. Put the Drone in racing mode ( nothing happens)

Can you please help me what to do next

Hi. I have tried to fly in three different locations. Still the same issue. I will downgrade the remote control to see if something changes

The suggestion to fly in a different location is just bizarre.
There's no way the location could affect your speed.

Post some recorded flight data and perhaps it will have a clue to the mystery.
Go to: https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
... where you'll find instructions to upload the data to that site and it will give a report
For help interpreting the data you can post a link for the report here.
Or just post the .txt file.

The downward sensor message is not related to speed of the drone.

The flight data you posted is not from a flight that shows enough to tell much about the speed of the drone.
Only one of those flight records shows anything useful to check your speed.

The flight was only 280 metres out and back in calm conditions.
Flying out you were gentle on the right joystick and never held it forward for longer than 1.3 seconds so the drone never reached full speed.
The max tilt angle reached was -20.7° and max speed was 9.25 m/s.

Coming back, you flew in reverse and held the right stick fully back for 7.3 sec, reaching 12.16 m/s and a max tilt angle of 15.5°.

To properly test speed, you should fly forward and push the rights tick fully forward for 10 seconds or more.
Calm conditions are best for testing.
In P-GPS mode, if you turn obstacle avoidance off, the drone will go a little faster.

Sorry  ..  That's not a speed test
You only went out a short distance.
You only pushed the right stick fully forward twice and both tiimes for less than a second.
Come back when you have a real speed test that I should look at.
