DJI RC Not Activated after repair

I had sent my original DJI RC in for repair which is still showing as 'Activated' per the DJI website
However, even though DJI is showing my original unit was repaired,
DJI sent me a different DJI RC (different serial number).
DJI's Repair Progress Status shows my unit as 'Repaired" and Delivered

I have been using this new DJI RC several days now, and successfully linked it to my drone.
In checking my DJI account, and also using DJI's website to verify the SN
I get a message saying 'No Records were Found' for this new DJI RC

How do I get DJI to recognize and activate this new controller on my account ?
DJI still believes my old controller is 'Activated'

Hi rpguy, could you please provide the serial number of the RC and the screenshots of the error message as sell as the device management? I would love to check it further.
