Hi All,
I've just bought a used Pocket 1 and the Freewell ND filter wide angle lens combo.
Attaching it to the pocket the gimbal starts vibrating.
The firmware is up to date.
What should be the solution to eliminate the vibration?
Thanks.

If this "combo" was used, maybe that's why it was for sale ...

Remove the filter ...

Hello there lesse. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to remove the ND Filter that you have attached to your DJI Osmo Pocket to see if the issue will still persist. Thank you.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Removing the ND the vibration is still there.
Without any attachment the gimbal works fine.

So, does this mean you stacked 2 filters?

If so, remove the wide-angle and try with the ND.

If using single filters seem to bring the problem, maybe the gimbal has been weakened.

This is a combination of wide angle lens and ND. The ND can not be put onto the gimbal directly, it has to be attached to the back of the wide angle lens.
So theoretically wider FOV and slower shutter speed can be achieved at the same time.

Wondering why they sell it if it's too heavy (4 grams) for Pocket 1.

Sure looks odd. Sorry to hear you couldn't get it to work the way you wanted. Was thinking about getting the same wide-lens/ND combo, but I'll have to think twice now...

Hi lesse,

Are you sure this lens-combo is meant for the Osmo Pocket 1?
The "regular" Freewell wide-angle lens is round on the outside and the ND-filter-set you can buy for the wide-angle lens has round filters to be put over the wide-angle lens.
I don't own the ND-filters that go with the wide-angle lens myself, but I understand that this combo does work with the Osmo Pocket 1.
Your wide-angle lens in your video is rectangular and the lenses for the Pocket 2 have that shape.
Maybe there lies the reason for the problem.

Hi lesse,

Are you sure this lens-combo is meant for the Osmo Pocket 1?

According to their site it's compatible with Pocket 1 and also with Pocket 2. It's a perfect fit.
https://www.freewellgear.com/dji-osmo-pocket-filters-and-dji-osmo-pocket-accessories/740-dji-pocket-2-osmo-pocket-wide-angle-lens-.html

Maybe my Pocket's gimbal has weakened and can't handle this weight.
