I may get chance for a test flight this afternoon.
We've had the drain specialist here this morning reparing a drain broken and blocked by a tree root.
Top job with minimum disruption. Modern plastic lining sleeved inside and heat cured. 3-hour job.

I didn't know that did that,  we had that done to our gas pipe before we bought the house and it caused us no end of issues when we installed a combo boiler,   not enough gas flow.

Yes that would be a headache.  No pressure involved with drains of course.  The range of kit they had was impressive.

The kit must have some power if the drain had collapsed to push a new sleeve inside though.

Drain was only cracked where the root had pushed through. They cut it out with a bladed dyno-rod type thing ( a spiralling gadget turned by a motor) Then they slide the sleeve in and expand it to fit the drain with pressurised hot water. The heat cures the glue and sets the inner tube hard. Then they let the water out and hey presto! It's done.

Depending on the size of pipe they might have been able to use a mole to drive a new one in.

Looking down the manhole (personhole for the P,C, brigade) it looked to be about 6 or 8 inch diametre.

Yes. They had two or three of them I recall.   One was left outside for years with a For Sale sign on it - maybe it's still there. Another was left buried in a side tunnel somewhere.

Ah yes,   I recall that they did a right hand turn and left it under there.   I went upon the viewing tower some years ago when they were building it.

We used that route for a while, to-ing and fro-ing between here and  France.  But the journey distance doubled, so in the end we just went via Portsmouth.

Before all the speed cameras popped up on the M20 we used to be able to blast down there in under an hour from here.  Made it very easy to pop to Brugge for lunch.

Ah! Brugges. I've had some wonderful lunches there. No-one does Moules-Frites in Roquefort sauce quite like the Belgians. And a demie of Leffe to wash them down.  Ghent was a good alternative destination too.
Then a visit to a Chocolatier before heading home.

I have to agree fully on the Moules,  and then a stroll around the chocolate shops.    Never been to Ghent myself,  never popped up on the radar as a good destination.

I will do some jobs around the house (eventually)_ and then may brave the wind for a second walk,    Only do daytime TV on Sundays so SHMBO'd can sleep.

Do the newest updates include all previous updates as well? I JUST got my MP3 yesterday and turned it on today, it's updating to this new release. Also, how do you update the batteries and RC or does it do it all in the major update?
Also, during the update, the drone shut itself down and paused the install, turning it back on hopefully picks up where it left off!

You'll need to run the battery firmware update again for each battery you own. Stick another battery in the drone, power it on, check for updates, let it install the updates, and do it again for the rest of your batteries.

Bah got excited though was a new update
