Is it normal slow motion video looks so pixelated ?

I only see a 1920x1080 picture that was created in Adobe Photoshop.  Do you have a link to the actual video?

Only thing I can say about that is, it looks like 1080p when viewed on YT , it has lost serious quality uploading to YT the further uploading here. But it looks quite normal. Sometimes you get much higher quality downgrading from 60fps to 24fps.

What you are calling pixelated is aliasing. Straight lines that appear as stairsteps. The only thing that can really make it look better is higher resolution.

Slow-mo option record 120fps but the output file from drone its 29,97fps. But quality looks like be upscaled to 1080

To me looks like focus issues...At 00.17 you touched the screen for a refocus? Because if you did not, is a problem.

For my curiosity...do you use 4K or just 1080p? Let us know, to see if you are a pixel peeper too )))
Because...what the hell, you can just use FHD, no reason to go to 4k, all it matters is the big scene...not the details in it... )))

I dont touch screen to refocus.

This looks upscaled indeed.
Not sure if this is normal, but I would not use this mode if it works like that.

Always 1080p looks amazing on my 55 inch TV . No need to go higher. Data size just stresses things and makes file sizes huge. Sadly people just think bigger is always better.

Then you need to change your TV... A quality panel on TV with 4K native will be way better than FHD, and can be seen easy on 55inch. I have a 60inch and I can see differences on FHD vs 4K very easy...also a client that will look at your footage with a Projector or bigger than 55inch TV, will see a lot of difference... By the way, have you tried to put FHD on a 4K native projector? will give you the nicest headache you can get....so...it matters.
And this is the reason why DJI and Autel tried to implement in small portable drones, under 250g that have access in city for flying, powerful cameras...some succeeded, some still try....And we cannot tell to others: You paid 1000 Euro for a drone, another 300 euro for batteries, so in total 1300 Euro, but wait...use FHD as you are not a pixel peeper )))

Some folks demand quality in details, and not a quality that cannot be achieved, but in line with competition...and at this point, Mini3 Pro camera is ghosting in HQ and blurring by using a strong noise filter (making noise pattern impossible to be treated with Neat, DaVinci, Topaz or RED as is going random because of DJI equation that is poor made).
So, sorry, but some of us knows exactly what the sensor is capable and what are DJI's mistakes in this drone....and of course demand more quality.
