Just checked new FW update
Changing from FCC to CE mode is finally fixed and my  MP3 stuck on FCC mode

Good news

I just did a test flight and powered the drone on and off about 10 times and sadly, it still resorts to CE mode about 80% of the time. I didn't do a screen capture or record but trust me on this one. i would not make things up to get attention.
I just want to test this a bit more before recording results officially and seeing if my fcc or range issue is fixed. I am in canada, fcc version.

I did update my mini 3 pro today with the latest firmware V01.00.0201, and i noticed the rc remote is very laggy and slow, has anyone else noticed this issue?

The only thing Ive found slow is loading the flight logs.  it can take 5 minutes or more.

Check the read write speed on a computer, I had the same trouble on a brand new microsd from Amazon last year. Return it if its not up to the marked speed.

Mine was a very good fake, they are out there.

I buy mine either at Argos, or direct from DJI - so I don't think they're fakes.
And they've worked OK in my other drones - at least until the latest DJI Go4 and DJI Fly updates.
And the resulting footage and images seem ok.
I'm wondering if it's a false message from the DJI Software.
