Phantom 4 flight records not recorded on the ipad i

Hello, there. Would you please check the information below and tell us your feedback?Reasons for failed generation of flight records:
1. User fails to connect to the app when flying;
2. User uses third-party software for flying;
3. User manually deletes the flight records.

ive used pix4d once and i believe it should save on both. is your sd card full? if not id double check to make sure its fully inserted. I have ran into that issue before with other equipment

it also could be connection issues with satelites. a good app to check the sats locked available is UAV forecast. I check that prior to each flight

Memory car had plenty of room on it. Will check with Pix4D. Fortunately I log my times and my max height is set for the flight. Had to land a couple of times to refresh the flight plan in the Phantom as the onboard memory is limited. Also had to change batteries because of the flight time.
