I recently bought a brand new DJI FPV combo. But when I took a closer look at the drone, I noticed some scratches. Is this a new drone…?

Maybe this is normal and happened during production/packaging and I am just unlucky - or it is a refurbished one?

Thanks, DowntownRDB. As expected, the drone has not been activated yet. But I still find it doesn‘t look like new…

Anyone else recently bought a FPV that looks like mine?

@DJI, would that qualify for a replacement?

For sure it looks like a refurb. Scratches on a new one?  Nah!

That’s a shame as that is definitely not new.

Looks like it could have been display stock from the store where you bought it.
