Found a video about the poor performance of the motor.
Motor Dangles and does not stabilize.
The screws are fully tightened, but the motor still dangles.
I wanted to buy myself an RS3 Pro to replace the RS2, but after this video, I changed my mind. RS2 works well.

Mine works fine, much better than the one for the RS2. By having the quick release, I am able to really crank down the knob on the motor it self.
