I've just got a Zenmuse X9 focus motor,

When I connect it, a red light blinks below, and nothing happens

It has recognized it because the camera asked for a firmware update.

When I use the usb cable from the lidar, the remote focus is working for 30 seconds, then nothing moves, either in AF or in MF.

Any idea ?

I too would like to know how to rectify this as I am having the exact same problem.

In my case I did the firmware update to everything... And then I initialized the focus motor on the lens menu and calibrated the lens.

Had this issue, had to replace the cable to fix it
