After updating the DJI Pilot App to DJI GO, I noticed a new toggle under the Fail Safe option that is for Smart Go Home... Does anyone notice it before in DJI Pilot and know what it could be for?

Agreed.  All controls are now functional during RTH when enabled instead of just altitude.

I could always steer my Phantom, to a safer landing spot, while in RTH.
So not sure how that has changed?

I assume you would have 360 camera control while it's going one in a straight line just like cable cam

Could do that already......so I am clueless.

All steering commands were available during RTH in all firmware and software versions before.

Strange.  I was only able control altitude, never yaw or pitch.  I am now able to use all controls.  I recently allowed multiple flight modes -- maybe this changed my RTH controls instead of the 'Smart Go Home'....?

If you turn off smart RTH it will not auto return when you hit your first low battery warning.  The yellow circle on your battery line.

Ahhh. So they put a name to the auto rth at H symbol and made it where we could turn it off.

Go to 3:10 in this video. This is what Smart RTH is.
