Is there a way to downgrade or factory reset the drone (DJI MIni 3 Pro)'s firmware?

as far as i know there is not, why you want to downgrade it? Maybe there are other options for you

Last firmware update the lights on the left have stopped working, wondering if it's the firmware that did it and wished to spin this backward one update to see if it gets to working again.

Have you tried refreshing the firmware using DJI Assistant 2?  You could have gotten a bad download and it might just need to be refreshed.  Can't refresh via Fly App but you can using DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series).

The one I have is the DJI RC and it only runs the Fly app
Contacted and Getting a return box number tomorrow from DJI.  THe unit is going back.

The DJI Assistant 2 is software that runs on your PC and can be used to update the firmware on both the Mini 3 Pro and the RC.  

However, no problem as you are sending it back.  Hopefully, you will get a quick turnaround.  

Since DJI locked out the ability to downgrade the Mini 2 back in March, I suspect the Mini 3 is locked from the factory.

my factory RC command was ok I did the update it stopped showing several options like changing the language etc that I should do it has two days of use

After installing last update with dji assistant 2 my drone is dead ....error code 30064 unable to take off. Tried several times to refresh the firmware without any good results. Talking with dji services they told me to open a repair ticket and send to them. So frustrating because have 54 days and 106 flights active.

I think the error code (30064 unable to take off) has happened to a lot off people over the last 2 days, think there is an issue at DJI's end.
My Mini 3 Pro is only 10 days old and flown less than 20 times (no crashes) looks like AMazon will be refunding me if not resolved very quickly.

Ok so spoke to DJI Tech Support and am returning Mini 3 to Amazon and will buy another as he said that would be the quickest way as the drone is under 15 days old.
UPS will collect it tomorrow and once refund goes into my Amazon account I shall buy another one, then I have to go through DJI customer services to transfer my Care refresh, should be getting some sort of freebie due to all the hassle.

You can directly PM one of the DJI admins here in the forum and give them your DJI account email, they will enable the beta firmware (01.00.0310) and it will appear as a new firmware update in your DJI fly app.

Hi Mr. admin. Can you please enable the beta firmware 310 for our DJI M3P as well? I just updated the drone to 300 and now the drone won't take off anymore.
