Hi I just bought a DJI Pocket 2, even when I see youtube videos showing it can record in 4K.

I only see 1080 and 2.7K, do I need to activate something?

From the Youtube tutorials, I see the 4K option, but not in my device.

Thanks for the video provided. It seems that you're under 'HDR Video Mode'. Could you please switch to 'Video Mode' to see if it works?

Where is the option? May you upload a video demostrating it?

Swipe on the screen from the right side to the left.  All the basic modes are listed there and you can swipe up and down to reach the one you want.  Once it is displayed, swipe again from the right side to the left to see the options for that mode.  Press the red 'record' button to exit from the menu.
On YouTube there are many official and unofficial tutorial videos covering all aspects of the use of the Pocket 2.  For instance, here's one which is very comprehensive -

You can swipe left on the touchscreen to enter the setting of the shooting mode. You may refer to:

You can record in 4K at up to 60FPS but ONLY in standard video mode NOT in HDR.

I know on mine I have to scroll down past the 1080 and 2.7k options

Probably HDR video is on.
