Im here in the Philippines and our company purchased DJI MAVIC 3 that cost for Php 164,000.00.

At the very 1st flight the drone is good (we only try to operate it and check if theres an factory defect)
fresh out from the box = 8 to 9 ft. high with 3 meters of distance

then now here in our Mine Site Area for the 2nd flight we noticed that theres an error or mis communication with the RC and to the Drone,
we notice that theres an Error Message in DJI Fly app that:
UP
DOWN
FRWRD
DWNRD
SENSORS ERROR


please help us, we trust DJI brand nevertheless

Then you can check the below details:
When the aircraft firmware is v01.00.04.00 or an earlier version,
the aircraft will disable vision sensors when it is on the ground to reduce power consumption. When the aircraft takes off, all vision sensors will be enabled. Please feel free to use them.
When the aircraft firmware is v01.00.05.00 or a later version,
the aircraft will disable vision sensors when it is on the ground to reduce power consumption. After the propellers rotate, all vision sensors will be enabled. Please feel free to use them.
