I may have got the price wrong,  its show 2.1 mil.  And some floors and the roof antennas generate some income.

When you drive past you loose all radio reception for at least 200yds.    I assume it’s interference from what ever is up there.   

Curious though drone reception not affected.

Different frequency band then, fortunately.  And being commercial antennas they're usually pretty good at suppressing harmonic interference.

Not much of a bargain for 2.1M.

Might be worth it for the green doors alone ;-) Pretty cool and roomy inside.

The house to the left of it was upon for £900k. a couple of years ago (they have a room with a Christmas tree in all year round).  But that one doesn't also generate some income,  the house to the right thats not in frame went up for 14mil but as far as I know didnt sell.

Could use a little modernising for my taste.  But having a building that also generated some income would be nice.

Yes,  there's very little along that road for less than a million,   my cousin bought a property along there a few years ago. the estate agent made a YouTube video to market it that went viral -

I believe he did,  the whole thing was huge publicity for them,  many thought it was a stunt,   but it worked and my cousin bought it.    Although I believe they've done a lot of work to the place.

Looked like a really nice home for sure.  Really nice to step out from the bar and take a dip in that nice pool.

Ahh, that would be a negative for sure.  Nothing against kids but I do love the peace and quiet of being away from most everything.

I can't stand the noise myself,   and I certainly wouldn't want half a school pooring past my door twice a day.

Yes,   I would absolutely hate that,   I'll stick with hearing the church bells on a Sunday morning instead,  although they have not been played ,much since C19.     I guess thats a typically English thing that in the USA you'd not get.

When I lived on land I was not too far from a large Catholic Church and they used to ring the bells 3 times a day at 6 am, 12 pm, and 6 pm.  Not sure if they still do as I'm no longer living near any churches.

Interesting,  In all my visits to the USA Ive never seen that,  only the muslim broadcasts.

Maybe it's just a "southern" thing with the churches.  

Sure stands out in the picture. My friend who loves all things radio would love those antennas, and probably that place for broadcasting, too

Yes the 2.1m gets you the tower and a small income from the antennas.

The house behind it that you can't see went up of sale at 14m,   that road is very expensive.
