That was brand new, right now it is not 3h anymore.
And the powerbank is also not reliably charging.
I have read about it and it seems that it is 'not recommended' because of heat of the battery while charging. Which is a big shame.

And I bet its sealed so the battery cannot be replaced.

We had 39.12 at the house on Tuesday and a very poor night sleep.   Local fields were catching on fire like it was a new trend.

Here the weather has turned quite a bit and we got more rain than we were anticipating. But we did some indoor activities, which were nice too!

At least you had the option to move inside.   The weather here today will finally drop to 21c which is quite needed.   We have been having a lot of fires in the fields and parks here.  More than I can ever remember.

Yeah indeed.
I had some issues with the wind today (and the M2).
It was too strong and I almost did not get it back.
The footage was nice, apart from the shot where I could not get it back (the gimbal tilted 20 degrees or so)

Ouch,   thats not good,  and I guess you were out over the lake so you couldn't just land and walk to it.

I was not, but as I had some battery left, I pushed forward. Ruining my shot, but retrieving the drone.

Exactly.
I have to say that I do miss the MP in some regards here in Sweden. It had much more power and also the transmission was much much more stable.
M2 loses connection quite quickly and very often at moments you don't expect it (usually it reconnects right on, showing still some connection lines)

Yes, too bad for the regulations, but I'm missing the 3 key things (cinelike, power, transmission).
Still I do want to fly over buildings and stuff, so I guess I can't have it all.

I know Mi3 will bring cinelike, but it does not bring more power and the transmission seems quite the same as M2.
Not sure what my next move will be, but I'm not in a hurry.
My regular video camera needs an upgrade (it starts to act up after 12 years). So I might first invest in that one.

The Mini 3 does have a little more power and its better in the wind than the Mini2 was.   As for transmission back to back its similar or slightly better especially as I now know the trick with the controller for max range.

It’s not far short.  In my lastetest I went past 16500ft and only stopped as I hit a nfz boundary and had to return.

It just less reliable. I also flew 700, without problems. But sometimes it loses connection without any logical reason (aiming is not the problem)

It’s definitely better with the mini3 with this new upright controller.  But the bigger batter seems to improve range too which is odd.  5km seems plenty to me.

Yeah, for me it is more about the predictability.
It is really unreliable with how often I lose connection briefly.
I don't want to fly too far away (ok, further than VLOS sometimes) but like 1km or something is really too far for M2.

I think thats one reason why Im enjoying the Mini3 so much as this is far improved and the video feed is also much smoother.
