what an incredible bad and rude way of support, i bought a P3 Advanced in Europe/Netherlands 1200 eur device, that does not work/upgrade/update and now after 5 hours of trying to reach you, you just refuse to give me tech online support, really bad, REALLY VERY BAD!!!!!

Hi, I am Rene and live in the Netherlands in Europe.
Today I have tried to upgrade from V1.2.8 to V1.3.2.
Every time after 18-19 minutes the P3 starts to scream beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep and the camera status indicator stays red
i have tried several solutions/suggestions thru/from this forum: new downloading fo the upgrades, other SD cards
FYI: i place the SD card when RC and P3 are off, then turn on the power on P3
FYI: last months I have been able to upgrade to all versions V116, V118, V119, V128, but now V132 fails

having the same issue with de PRO. But cannot upgrade to 1.2.6. After the 1.2.6 upgrade i experienced NO SIGNAL red sign in the pilot app. Now, not even upgrading it is. :\
Very very disapointed with a equipment that here in Brazil costs about $2500,00

at certain moment they asked me to send the P3 to them
when I said that I live in Netherlands/europe
they copied a standard tekst in the chat box, that this support only is for USA etc
and next just stopped the chat session

Had the exact same experience yesterday.

Did you try to format the SD card in the camera before copying the FW on it ?
I never format anything outside the device (the same for my regular cameras) and never hava any problems.

Before the 18-19 minutes, what noise if it making?

Also can you post the TXT log files ( from the root of the SD and the hidden /MISC/LOG folder ).

this morning I went to the local DJI (Droneland)
we did the same procedure I did yesterday evening
so format SD on computer
download upgrade, extract to root on SD card
and now it just installed
they checked the log files, saw some errors, but could not explain the issue
most important is, that it is solved now
they told me that more P3 users encounter(ed) the same problem, they did not have specific solution than just download and install again
