Hi there!
Our setup so far for spraying/spreading is 2 aircrafts ( T30 and P4P for mapping ). It is being useful so far but, for some cases where we have electric towers or poles crossing the fields, we are splitting the fields into many smaller parts to never fly under the high voltage cables. Other than that I noticed that the mappings from the last season gets an offsett from the last task and becames necessary move the mission in some cases.
Sometimes this extra steps results in lots of times in the field changing takeoff places and double-checking map accuracy, and because of that we decided to put some research about RTK (getting P4RTK or P4multispectral + d-rtk2 base), and we came up with these questions, for those who have a few experience with this technology:
1 - Using the RTK link, can we fly under high voltage lines without compromise the aircraft orientation?
2 - What accuracy are you getting using D-rtk? (over here for gnss we usually work over 20 gps's)
3 - Once buying D-RTK 2 we need to pay any subscription to get signal or we can use it for lifetime?
Thanks
