If you are thinking about purcahsing a new Ronin gimbal such as an RS 2, RS 3, RS 3 Pro etc. I highly recomend that you also purchase the DJI Care coverage. I purchased a new RS 2 back at the end of Nov 2021 and at the time I thought I would just skip the DJI Care coverage but I went ahead and purcahsed it anyway. I'm so glad I did. I have had two boards that have gone bad. The first one after just three months or so of use and the 2nd after seven months. I'm not a heavy ueser by any means. I use my gimbal once or twice a week with a medium payload. Nikon Z6II and 14-30 f4 most of the time. Anyway, in both cases everytihng was covered, including the shipping to and from DJI, the parts and labor. I recovered my cost of the coverage purchase with the first return.
