With 2 different Android phones (Pixel & Pixel 4 XL) I'm able to install the DJI Mimo app, download the latest firmware, but it hangs at the Install step, no amount of clicking the friendly blue INSTALL button has an effect.  It sits at 50% (first time when downloading) or 0% (subsequent times when firmware's already downloaded).  Action 2 camera is connected, but install not happening.

Firmware Ver: 01.02.10.10
Camera Firmware Ver: 10.00.35.05
Battery Module Firmware Ver: 01.00.01.55

(Have not tried a factory reset of the Action 2)

Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/dji-action-2/downloads ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, kindly please save all important information photos and videos before uninstalling the DJI Mimo application on your mobile device for you not to loose these files. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

Yes, I tried with my Pixel 4, uninstalled and reinstalled, and then tried with a different phone, original Pixel.  Some rebooting in there as well of both phones and Action 2.

I turned it back on today after waiting a day, and I see the battery icon that was missing https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=269328 has also come back.
Upgrade performed successfully.
