Hello, I have conencted my Mavic Minin in the past to my S21 Ultra but when I went today, the app kept crashing and I uninstalled it and reinstalled the file from DJI site as it doesnt show up on the Google Play store anymore. I turned on the controller, with the cable connected to my phone and the controller but it continues to say Remote not connected. It worked last week with my son's iPhone. Different cabel though. I've tried a number of things to no avail. Any ideas on how to get the remote connected to my S21. Where can I get a new cable to see if that is the problem?

Hi there, may I ask if there is a protective case covering their mobile phone? If so, remove it and try connecting again. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable (from both the mobile phone and the remote controller), waiting 10 seconds before reconnecting the USB cable. If possible, retry with another USB cable. There is not. It was remived. I tried turning off and on multiple times and waiting. How can I get a new cable?
