Hi, just received my new RC Pr controller but after I get through the setup it stalls at activation. The controller is connected to WiFi. Error is activation failed, error code, server error.

I have the same  issue out of the box all is fine until pressing activate. Getting the same error activation failed -2. My SN also starts with 4QQZ already have an ticket open. Bud how did yours get fixed?

Hi there, we are sorry for your issue. Could you please try to log out of the DJI account to the DJI RC Pro, log in and try again? Please also make sure that the internet connection is stable, please also try to refresh the latest firmware for the DJI RC Pro. If the issue persists, please provide the serial number of the DJI RC Pro, and the log from the controller (exported by the DJI Assistant 2) for us to check further. Look forward to your reply.
