Hello,

I have been flying with a DJI M300 RTK for a little more than 1 year ( info@lemo-drone.be )
Since June, the flight data are not synchronized with my DJI account!
I don't know why?

Hello,

I'm sending you the video but I don't see what it can do for you?

On the other hand, the synchronization is working normally since the last update of the remote control.
However, I can't recover the flights that took place in June and early July!
How can I see on the remote control the logs actually recorded and how to transfer them to my DJI account?

Another thing, I don't see the ADS-B signal on the remote control screen anymore!

Thanks for your reply. Please update the APP in the remote controller to V4.01.00.00.
You may log out of the DJI Account and view the flight data.
For the second issue, the ADS-B function logic is adjusted. The triggering logic for Levels 1-4 is:
Horizontal trigger value 10000 m; 1000 m; 60 m+19.2 m; 30 m+19.2 m
Vertical trigger value 400 m; 300 m; 40 m+2.5 m; Up: 40 m+2.5 m Down: -30 m-2.5 m
Angle trigger value /  ; 20 degrees; 20 degrees; /
Conditions to trigger ADS-B: The three conditions must be fulfilled simultaneously for triggering.

As for the other problem, it is the ADS-B that is no longer displayed. For this problem also there are other users who have found this problem.

Hello,

Whether the account is connected or not, nothing changes. I see all the flights except those between 30/06/22 and 22/07/22.

Thank you very much for your reply, here are our suggestions:
1. The flight record file is already stored in the remote control, you can export it from the relevant folder.
2. In addition, we suggest you can try this way again: Log out of the DJI account you have logged in with the current app. The lost flight records can be viewed in the app. Please note that it is normal if you can not view it after logging in to the DJI account.
3. If you encounter any problems, we hope you can send us relevant screenshots or videos, we will confirm with the engineer and reply to you as soon as possible.

Hello,

Indeed, if I disconnect from my DJI account, the flight files appear in full.
On the movie, we see that when I connect and synchronize, some files (?) disappear!
Thank you for your help, I would like all the files to be saved on the account.

Sorry for your inconvenience. After confirmation with our teams, because of some technical reasons, flight records before are unable to bind with your DJI Account. For this reason, those disappeared flight records can not be shown under your account. However, flight records have been stored in the remote controller. You can export files in case of the need to do data analysis  If you want to check the flight records, you can log out DJI Account and check them.

It's really a pity!

And for the problem of the ADS-B not being displayed on the remote control (as mentioned above in my messages) is there a solution?

The other planes which are equipped with ADS and which are close to us are not visible any more on the remote control!
