Ooooo, at last, my spare battery has turned up (I already have a FMK, but wanted a 4th battery).  Happy days.

So I can carry one batt in the aircraft, and 3 in the charging hub, that should be enough flying for a day, when coupled with my Mavic 3 and its 4 batteries.

All I need now is time off work in order to be able to actually go out for the day, LOL.

Did you get a plus battery?   My 4th is a plus and it’s fantastic.

Nope, just a standard one.  I only use my Mini 3 for urban, so plus battery is obviously no good.  I have a Mavic 3 for when I can fly about 250g, and obviously that smashes the Mini 3 out of the park.

Sounds like a "sick day" from work may be in order.
