I solved this problem by making sure I was connected to the wifi and then making sure I was logged into my DJI account. Once I when through connecting to both I was able to update and authorize and FLY.

As previously mentioned, make sure you are logged into your DJI account. Navigate to the Profile section and sign in. After logging in, try updating again.
