Everytime update failed 99%
Change cables
It is happend with all version
Tried on Mac and also with windows
Still same problem. I can’t finish update to 100%
Can someone help? Thank you

Hello there. We do apologize if you are having issues with your unit. Can you please confirm what specific DJI product are you using? Could you please upload a short video showing the issue? Please keep us posted.

Hi there, may I know if your issue has been resolved? If not, you could follow the below steps to troubleshoot, thanks.

1. Please confirm that DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin is used, and the DJI master wheel has been correctly identified.
2. Please confirm that the network is in good condition.
3. Please unplug the cable, restart the DJI master wheel, and then try to upgrade again (you can try multiple times).
4. Please try again after swithcing to another computer or cables.

If the issue still persists after the above method trying, you could please export the failure LOG of the firmware upgrading and device Serial number for further checking. Thanks.

*LOG path:
(1) Windows: C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\DJI Assistant 2\RONIN\log
(2) Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/DJI Pro Assistant For Ronin /Contents/DJIApp
