Good evening,

My son Akiva received a DJI Mini 2 as a gift today and it was truly special.
But within the first 30 minutes, the drone disconnected while flying and just fell to the ground and crashed.
Battery levels were sufficient and it was maybe 100 meters in the air.

It is very dissapointing - especially after how much money was spent.

I would like to know how I can get the drone repaired and if it is covered by a warranty.
