After scrambling down William Clough to reach Kinder reservoir yesterday, the exceptionally low water level revealed a feature which is normally submerged.

Very remarkable footage Mr. B.    That reservoir is super low.  Guessing that is a product of lack of rain and of evaporation from the recent heat wave.  Great job on documenting this shortage of water.

Cool place. Lovely music. Interesting find. If I may offer criticism: You could have cut before some of the more obvious changes of direction as the "next" shot would have been "different enough". Like the last part with the deep river bed.

Thanks RDB.  Yes due to the dry weather I took the scramble down William Clough - turned out to be a hairy experience - and I was surprised at just how empty the reservoir had become.

What editing tools do you use, Blériot53? I've wrestled with a number of products, and am pleased with Adobe Premier Rush. It's unlike most Adobe products (meaning it's easy to use) and has some nice capabilities.

I use Davinci Resolve from BlackMagic Design ( Free full function version for non-commercial use) for my videos.
And GIMP opensource software for still images.

Sounds like a plan.  Rest up and get that energy back.  Maybe some of that rain will help out a smidgen with the low levels in the reservoir.  Rainy days also gives you an opportunity to delve into your archived footage.

lt may raise the level by a millimetre or two

You nailed it with that statement.  

According to the Clinical Neurology Specialists websites the average adult human brain has the ability to store the equivalent of 2.5 million gigabytes of digital memory.

Now if the brain could only have an easily accessible sort and retrieve function we'd have it made.

Thanks Peter.  I use Davinci Resolve 18 (Free version)  it's one of the stock title formats they offer.
