Hello forum and Customer service,

Last days I did make some air photography with my Mini 3 Pro. I save my pictures in JPEG an Raw Format.  

Unfortunately I didn’t find the Raw Images on the Fly App to import those on my Ipad.

After I removed the SDcard from the drone an insert it into to a external card reader I find the RAW images to import.

My question is how to import RAW images directly from the drohe?

Wenn i insert the SDcard directly in my IPad Air (card reader), I can see and import  the RAW files.

I can’t see, or  import the RAW files on the FlyApp directly from the Drohne


(Info: Shooting the images on 48MP settings)

There are no RAW images found in the DJI Fly App.

Transfer from the SDcard only from a external card reader to Ipad

Hi - I have the same problem exactly! Using the Mini 4 Pro

Select JPEG ONLY in Drone = JPEG files shown in dji fly app
Select RAW ONLY in Drone = RAW files shown in dji fly app
Select 'JPEG+RAW' in Drone = ONLY the JPEG files shown in DJI Fly app

I think this is a BUG - as there's no other explanation which makes any sense.

The RAW files are on the microSD card - but you are 100% correct. There is NO WAY to download the RAW file if you previously selected 'JPEG+RAW' in the drone - which means you cannot edit RAW using Lightroom via iPad IF you had selected 'JPEG+RAW' in the Drone

I posted this topic again so will keep you posted
