Thank you! It was quite a storm, I launched the drone for a quick first flight ahead of the rain, and climbed straight up. Since I couldn't see the clouds in that direction, I was really pleased after downloading the images.

A nice bit of good fortune with the timing

The camera on the Mavic 3 is really great. For me, it is such a flying mirrorless camera.

Agree, I'm amazed at the images and videos as they're captured right out of the drone, and it's amazing in low light conditions.

Thanks! I would always leave my Phantom 4 and Mini 2 with a storage charge... I find that I always keep the Mavic 3 batteries charged because I'm always grabbing it. I think I bought the Mini 2 last September. The Mavic is less than a month old, but I've already flown it more than the Mini 2. I feel like I always capture something worthwhile with it.

Thank you! I was amazed when I downloaded that image and first saw it on a big screen (I often hijack our 55" OLED TV and use it as an extended monitor for my notebook).

Thank you! The beauty of a drone is the ability to grab unique perspectives without needing a helicopter or bucket truck, and a little luck with the timing helps too.

For sure. The weather went downhill pretty quickly after I landed.
