after the firmware upgrade there was a bug with my drone where it was flying by itself and the control was like frozen, so the drone flight against a object and felt down, now it can’t start and I’m afraid to turn it on again.

I wrote to the support weeks ago and don’t get any response, feels like scam.

someone has experience with a situation like this and what to do?
