You have to convert the Url to a regular YouTube link,   for example take a normal YouTube video url,  the end part is watch?v=p86m8T1As40 now take the same part from your shorts link and swap it after the v= and you have your short in an embedable way.
For example your short

https:// youtube.com/ shorts/ s1IrDzrKpIQ

becomes

h t t p s : // w w w . youtube.com/watch?v=s1IrDzrKpIQ

Ignore the extra spaces - just trying to stop the forum embeding it
