Orthomosaics do not align in ArcGIS

Dear forum
My orhomosaics does not align in ArcGis Pro.
I used Metashape Agisofts's workflow and exported the orthomosaics (only for RGB, Green and NIR). None of these are 100% coindident.
Ofsets are NIR    - RGB       79cm
               Green - RGB     101cm
               NIR    - Green     28cm
(PS: The offsets aren't constant over an image)
I am working towards image classification and the plants i want to identify are (often) smaller than these offsets.
The photos are taken 'simultaneously' (i.e. all 6 cameras) in a mission, flying at 40 m high. The image overlaps are 60% forward and sideways. May this 'small' overlap be a reason?  Or what else do i need to do to have images that are "100%" coincident?
Any advice will be appreciated.

Regards
Johan Baard
