Hi the rc is flashing a single green light and wont start. Happened after overnight charging. What am I not doing right?

Only the first light on the left is flashing green

Tried pressing start button for 20s, tried start and C2 together when connected to charger but nothing happens

May we know have you activated DJI RC? Also, when you plug out the charger, is the battery level full? Please change a cable or charger to test again.
