Hi,
I' m in canada. i sent the drone and remote back to you for repair with your provided UPS shipping label, but now the package is hold at the customs for 5 days now!
I called UPS Canada, they told me to contact UPS U.S, and so i did, and the guy at UPS U.S told me that DJI needs to contact directly UPS !
To be honest, i don't know what to do!
My case number is : CAS-9857080-J4S1T5
