hello

i was connecting my dji rs3 pro and a firmware update pop up so i clicked update one the rs3  screen a msg poped up saying the update is complete but on the Ronin App kepet showing the update in progress 80% i waited for an hour  and still the same . itried to restart the app and the gimbel and the same thing happened . still at 80%
i tried to use the DJI RONIN ASSISTANT 2  and connected the gimbel with the computer ,but  the assistant  not seeing  the gimbel
ant advice ?
p.s i tried and changed the phone but the same thing happense

I do not own a RS3 myself but here's a few summary which maybe or maybe not help to fix it.

- Use the Dji cable that comes with the kit.
- Connect to different USB hubs on your Computer.
- When plugged in does something pop-up on your Computer Screen saying something like type of connections example:
  "Connect to charge only" "Transfer files" etc. (make sure it's set to transfer files.) that way the Dji assistant can see your Gimbal.
- Try to connect to Computer by not turning on the Gimbal, just the battery turned on.
- Dji Assistant for Ronin on your Computer updated ?
- Connect to Computer with the DJI Ronin App & Bluetooth closed on your phone.

Have you tried uninstalling the App or run the App on another smartphone?

Yes i did , and i tried changing the wifi network , and cleared the cache.
