Purchased a Mavic 3 from DJI with a 2 year Refresh package. This was purchased from the DJI Store directly. The Mavic is delivered yesterday and I then received an email saying I had only a 1 year Refresh package and it listed the wrong serial number for the drone they sent me. Obviosuly, I have an order invoice and credit card hit for the correct amount.

Now, after a chat session and a phone call, I still have nothing resolved.

I have seen others on the forum with the same issue. Anyone have any advice to get this resoloved?
